COVID-19 Message

Dear patients,

As the COVID-19 situation continuous to develop, the safety and well-being of our patients and staff are extremely important to us. In an effort to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have made the following decisions:

-Implement virtual visits (Teledermatology). Many visits can be successfully accomplished using this technology. Most insurance companies will pay for virtual visits during this time. Our staff will walk you through the simple steps when you call to make an appointment. You can also request an appointment by logging into our website.

-We are limiting in person office visits to urgent cases and urgent procedures until further notice. Our goal is to be here for all your dermatologic needs. Most cases will be handled as discussed above (virtually) and if we find it necessary to see you in person, we will make arrangements to see you in clinic.

IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT: If you have a scheduled appointment within the next week, please be assured that we will contact you with new appointment options.

ALL OTHER PATIENTS: If you do not have an urgent need, we kindly ask that you not call our office at this time. We will call you to reschedule future appointments as time gets close to your appointment. You can request future appointments through our website.

We are all learning and adapting to new information daily. Rest assured that Dyson Dermatology is taking all the necessary steps to keep you, our patients, and staff safe and at the same time be available to address your dermatologic needs.”
